1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AIGuideFlow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Modification of Terms

AIGuideFlow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will post updates on this page and indicate the revision date. Continued use after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.

3. Use of the Platform

The platform is intended for lawful educational purposes related to artificial intelligence. You agree not to misuse the services or engage in unauthorized activities.

4. Registration and Accounts

Certain features require registration. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AIGuideFlow or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Services such as consulting, workshops, and coaching are eligible for a refund if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. If cancellation is requested less than 48 hours before start, you may request a credit towards a future service date. Certain live or customized sessions are not eligible for refund due to advance resource allocation and scheduling requirements.

6.2 Information Products

Information products, including digital courses, e books, and online materials, may be refunded within 7 days of purchase provided that no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

6.3 Physical Products

Physical products may be refunded or shared within 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back in original condition. Shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the item.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIGuideFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Singapore.
